On a recent visit to Pittsburgh for One Young World, internationally renowned chef and healthy foods advocate
Jamie Oliver challenged our city to join his Food Revolution and help foster the kind of good nutrition and eating habits that make communities stronger and more vibrant.
In response to Jamie's call to action, Let's Move Pittsburgh has launched the 10,000 Tables pledge, encouraging families throughout southwestern Pennsylvania to sit down together at least once a week for an entire year to enjoy a screen time-free, home-cooked meal. Let's Move Pittsburgh recommends
USDA MyPlate as a resource for healthy meal options.
Will you join us?
